Dysfunctional senior management team with deep silos and mistrust. Overall team not achieving outcomes and new leader joined determined to change this.
Designed and delivered team effectiveness interventions to bring the group together, breaking down the boundaries and getting the individuals to form connections. This included diagnostic interviews and facilitating sessions for the team. Significant progress made of all feeling as 1 team, working relationships strengthened and the start of true collaboration.
Exec Coaching recently promoted senior female leader to be successful in larger, more strategic role. This included identifying what she needed to let go of and what she needed to do differently to be successful including how to influence upwards, sideways and outside the organisation. Leader transitioned so successfully was further promoted 18 months later.
LARGE IT AND TELCO
Partnered with a senior leadership team to diagnose team effectiveness issues. Designed and facilitated interventions over 12 months period. Focus on clarifying purpose of the team, increasing trust between key team members and creating healthy levels of conflict. The team was significantly more cohesive, aligned to business outcomes and working more productively – measured by key stakeholder feedback, engagement survey results and scorecard out-turns.
Coaching General Manager (engineering environment) around how to increase engagement and drive change in his organisation when his team had significantly entrenched mindsets. Coaching led to significant uplift in engagement scores and improved retention within the team.
IT AND TECH ORGANISATION
Designed and delivered a leadership/management development programme. This included many different aspects of equipping leaders to be more effective in their roles including creating challenge and support environment, how to empower and coach your team, giving feedback, setting vision, how to influence, how to lead through change.
Feedback from multiple cohorts (still running new cohorts) has been exceptional and leaders who invested time and effort into their own growth have seen positive improvements in their engagement scores.
