Lilac Leadership Ltd is a leadership development consultancy owned by me, Fiona Cravanzola.

As an ICF qualified executive coach, team coach and facilitator, I am skilled at helping leaders to develop and grow so they can lead their team’s brilliantly and deliver results.

I draw upon a range of models and psychological thinking (in particular neuroscience and positive psychology) that allows teams and individuals to gain insights and create long-lasting, practical solutions that lead to lasting behavioural change. 

I have first-hand experience of the everyday challenges of transformation having worked for and with blue-chip organisations, SME’s, entrepreneurs and the public sector over the last 25 years. I also work as an Associate for EY/Lane4 and Holzman Leadership.

I adopt an engaging yet empathetic approach with clients that challenges them and supports their transformation agenda.

I have a degree in History, a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and am an International Coach Federation, ICF Accredited Coach at PCC level.

When I am not helping leaders and organisations excel, I love to spend time with my daughters and play tennis. I also enjoy being outside and walking my dog which gives me plenty of time to reflect on work and life.
